因為次次行過Mrs Fields都被佢地啲曲奇餅香味吸引住,
但一塊成十幾銀喎,買多兩塊真係骨la都赤埋><
啱啱見到Bosch M5跟機有個triple chocolate chips cookies食譜,
諗住不如自己試下做下~~
講明係三層朱古力,朱古力當然係重點啦~~
用Bosch M5 慢速打,好快攪掂晒~~
用雪糕殼分好一份份,好過用匙羹。
大功告成啦,做咗二十幾塊~~不過我已經將糖減去一半,但仲係好甜呀,啲鬼佬食得咁甜會唔會好容易有糖尿病㗎?
啲朱古力溶溶地好好味~~
真係有啲似Mrs Fields 嘅曲奇,
但係我下次一定要現cut多三份一糖,
咁就perfect喇~~
Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies (原裝食譜)
175g unsalted butter
220g packed brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
320g all-purpose flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp salt
150g semisweet chocolate chips
75g bittersweet chocolate chips
75g dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped
1. Preheat oven to 180度
2. Place rack in the center of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl, and set aside.
4. In the Bowl of your kitchen machine fitted with paddle attachment, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar on medium speed until smooth. Slowly beat in eggs and vanilla. Increase speed to medium-high until mixture is fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until just incorporated. Stir in all chocolates until just combined.
5. Spoon mixture into 5cm rounds; Place on prepared baking sheet leaving 5cm in between each dough. Bake in oven for 14-16 mins or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack(Cookies continue to bake on baking sheet after removed from the oven)
